- Promoting & developing a state aid notification for heritage regeneration funding, working with various Government departments
- Successfully developing and establishing heritage area grant schemes
- Developing managing and advising on a range of projects including public realm improvements, large scale redevelopments and waterway regeneration initiatives.
- Participation in Parliamentary Select Committees on State Aid and the role of historic buildings in economic development
- Project enabling with local trusts
